Free ChatGPT Ads Check-up: Privacy Notice and Terms

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

Brand name and the email address for your report
Your ChatGPT Ads API key
Performance data of your ad account (campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and platform-reported sales)
IP address and server access logs, to prevent abuse

3. Purposes

Preparing the check-up report you request and sending it to your email
Tracking the number of free check-ups and preventing abuse
With your consent only, producing anonymous industry benchmarks in which your brand cannot be identified

4. Legal basis

Your data is processed to provide the service you request (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (KVKK art. 5/2-f). Anonymous benchmarks are produced only with your explicit consent and without identifying you.

5. Transfers

Your ad data is read from OpenAI's ChatGPT Ads service using the key you provide. Data is stored with our server provider in Europe; report emails are sent via Google's email infrastructure. Apart from these service providers, your data is not shared with or sold to third parties.

6. Retention

Your data is kept for 3 months after your last check-up and then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time. To prevent abuse, a usage count containing no personal data is retained.

7. Security

Your API key and ad data are stored encrypted. The key is used only to read data; nothing is changed in your campaigns. The check-up pages use no tracking or ad code.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, and request correction, deletion or object. Email q9iveperformance@gmail.com.

9. Terms

The check-up is free for 3 uses per ad account.
Figures in the report are based on data reported by the ChatGPT Ads platform; their accuracy depends on the platform's data.
The report is for information only; advertising decisions remain the brand's responsibility.
The service is provided as is; Q9ive may change or end the service.
You can revoke your API key in Ads Manager at any time.
